These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Online Oldtimers’s Website, located at www.online-oldtimers.com.

O-O offers an Online Marketplace where you can bid on, buy, and sell classic cars. We consider everyone who uses our website as a ‘User’. The scope of our Services is the following:
Sellers are responsible for the cars they sell. O-O has no control over or responsibility for the quality, safety, lawfulness, or correctness of these cars. It only facilitates and supports the transactions between sellers and buyers by offering an Online Marketplace and supplementary services.
O-O is not a party to the Contract of Sale. Buyers will automatically enter into a purchase agreement (‘Contract of Sale’) with the Seller of a car for the amount defined as the highest Bid, provided that the reserve price has been met.
O-O charges a 5% commission on the final sale price for use of its services. The commission is due by the highest bidder, and only applies if the reserve price is met.
Before being able to use our Services, you’ll need to create an account. You should provide accurate information about yourself or your company. You shall not use false information or impersonate another person through your Account.
Your instructions are binding. Every Bid is binding. Every Bid is binding and any Bids made from your Account will be deemed to have been made by you.
As a seller, you are supposed to provide the most transparent, honest and comprehensive information on the car you are proposing. Once your car is in auction, you cannot take it out and must sell it to the winning bidder if the reserve price has been met. You cannot offer your car elsewhere when it is in auction on O-O.
You are not allowed to bid on your car or the cars sold by someone connected to you.
Out-of-platform bids on classic cars are not accepted. You are not allowed to directly contact other users to enter into a purchase agreement outside of O-O for cars proposed on our website. O-O can remove a car from a running online auction under exceptional circumstances. It can also remove a bid in a running Online Auction, if this seems necessary (in case of fraud, abuse or obvious mistake).
